1. What Oferta Games is

A price comparison site for digital games: we gather deals from several stores, show price history and let you track games and build a profile with your library. We don't sell games. Purchases always happen on the store's site.

2. Prices, coupons and availability

• Prices are collected from public sources and the stores, and are updated periodically. They may be out of date or differ from the final price at the store (taxes, exchange rates, account region, end of the sale).
• Coupons shown are provided by the stores or third parties and may expire or have their own rules.
• The price and conditions that apply are those shown by the store at the time of purchase. Always double-check before paying.

3. Links to stores and third-party trademarks

Deals lead to third-party sites with their own terms and policies; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for purchases made on them. Some links go through redirect services from price data partners.

Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation; Xbox is a trademark of Microsoft. Game and store names, logos and images belong to their owners. Oferta Games is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them. Price data provided in part by IsThereAnyDeal.

4. Your account

• You're responsible for your account information and for keeping your password safe.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content you post

You're responsible for what you put on your profile: name, bio, images, text and links. It is forbidden to post content that is:

• illegal, offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit or that incites violence;
• infringing on copyright, trademarks or other people's privacy;
• scams, spam, malware or misleading links;
• impersonating another person or company.

You keep the rights to your content and allow us to display it on the site according to your privacy settings. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law, with or without prior notice.

6. Prohibited use of the service

• Collecting data from the site automatically at a volume that harms the service;
• trying to access accounts or areas without permission, or bypassing usage and security limits;
• using the site for any illegal purpose.

7. Availability and liability

The service is offered free of charge and "as is". We work to keep it online and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will run without interruptions or that all information is always exact. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for purchase decisions made based on the prices shown, nor for problems with purchases made at third-party stores.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you agree to the new version. Brazilian law applies, and the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
